Accessibility Statement
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. This statement explains how accessible it is, what we have done, and how to tell us if something is not working for you.
1. Our commitment
JUST JENIUS LTD is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or who need reduced motion or higher contrast. We also have duties under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments.
2. The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. We believe this site substantially meets that standard.
3. What we have done
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and there is a “Skip to content” link at the start of each page.
- Focus is always visible, with a high-contrast focus ring.
- Text and interface colours have been checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Headings are used in a correct, logical order, and landmarks identify the header, navigation, main content and footer.
- All meaningful images have descriptive alternative text; decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields have visible, permanently associated labels; errors are announced and described in text, not by colour alone.
- Animation and scrolling effects are switched off automatically if your device is set to “reduce motion”.
- Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide, and can be resized to 200% without loss of content.
- The site does not rely on colour alone to convey meaning.
4. Known limitations
- The bot-protection check on the enquiry form is provided by Cloudflare. In most cases it requires no interaction, but if it does present a challenge that you cannot complete, please email us instead at info@justjenius.com — a person reads every message sent to that address.
- Some images on the site are currently indicative placeholders. Their alternative text describes the image shown, and will be updated when the final photography replaces them.
5. Tell us about a problem
If you find something you cannot access, or you need information from this site in a different format — for example large print, plain text or an accessible PDF — email info@justjenius.com. Please tell us the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days.
6. Enforcement
If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
7. How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on 19 August 2026. The site was assessed by its developers against WCAG 2.2 level AA using a combination of manual keyboard and screen-reader testing and automated checks. We review it whenever the site changes materially.
